About the event
When you feed your sourdough, a portion must be discarded. But there's no need for it to go to waste! You can turn the discard into crackers, brownies, cookies, pancakes, waffles, muffins and more. In this class, Jill will teach you about sourdough discard and walk you through a few recipes. Everything is provided, but you may want to bring something for notes if that is your preference. You will leave with a small recipe book!
Cost: $30/person
Age Range: All ages (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
